Later on, the insert can be removed so that the shell provides enough space and comfort. Parents are particularly fascinated by the five-point harness that secures their child easily and without any effort. When adjusting the headrest, the belt length adapts accordingly. Complicated guesswork or accidental misuse of the installation are practically eliminated. The soft belt pads and buckle pads give extra support and prevent the belt from cutting in.

「機關車女王」慶宜蘭線通車百年　鐵道迷樂
今天在宜蘭有相當難得的活動，慶祝宜蘭縣南段通車百年，台鐵推出機關車女王蒸汽火車，讓民眾搭乘體驗，每個停靠站還有相關的活動，儘管票價達1900元，還是相當搶手，鐵道迷爭相體驗，另外台鐵與林務局再度合作，打造「里山動物列車2.0」，明天正式上線。

冒著煙，加上汽笛聲，蒸汽火車又再度上路，大大小小鐵道迷好開心，因為這機會可是相當難得，慶祝宜蘭線南段通車100年，台鐵出動了，機關車女王。

鐵道迷：「跟其他火車不一樣，(哪裡不一樣)，車頭，(黑黑的很大的是不是)，還會冒煙，(好玩嗎) ，好玩。」

鐵道迷：「然後到天上，然後像烏雲。」

鐵道迷：「有點慢(有一點慢)，(然後呢)，我沒看過火車頭是黑的。」

1900元票價，包含紀念套票以及紀念品，推出預售就被搶光，因為只有六節車廂，僅能搭載300多名乘客，停靠6各車站，每個車站都有安排活動，其中有不少外國遊客來體驗。

除了蒸汽火車，台鐵還有新招，里山動物列車2.0版，即將啟動，不只有神秘車廂，Q版石虎、草鴞陪伴，地板、車頂彩繪內裝相當吸睛，整個列車，集結了上百種本土產品2018熱門產品原生動物圖像，以及生態背景，這列車先從北部開始，納入區間車編組排班，票價也是跟區間車相同，民眾隨時有驚喜，而未來南部以及東部乘客，也有機會搭到。

拚觀光，台東則是找來國內10名環境藝術家，在池上、關山等不同秘境，打造戶外裝置藝術，融合在地展現台東不同的美景。

基層警力108年初補足警專減招獲共識

（中央社記者黃麗芸台北11日電）基層警力明年1月將補足，警政署今天表示，內政部長徐國勇昨率警政署長陳家欽拜會考選部長蔡宗珍，對明年警察人員四等考試需用名額減招達共識，減幅將報考試院後核定。

警政署今天發布新聞稿表示，統計至今年11月30日止，全國警察機關基層警力缺額約2000餘人，但目前警專在校（訓）人數約5000餘人，估算明年1月基層警力即將補足。

為因應近年警察退離人數趨緩及解決目前在校（訓）現有人員未來分發問題，警政署說，現已成立專案小組進行修正人力招訓計畫及考用需求人數，規劃請增預算員額，並研議明年警察人員四等考試需用名額減招事宜。

警政署表示，為協調明年警察人員四等考試需用名額減招一事，徐國勇昨天率陳家欽前往拜會蔡宗珍，兩部對於基層警力的開源及節流、未來如何提升警力素質及調整基層警力招募方式等議題，進行意見交流。

為提升未來基層警力素質，研議檢討基層警力招募方式，警政署表示，將評估現行雙軌考試改為單軌模式的可行性，但因制度變革牽涉廣，短時間內難達成。

警政署說，過渡期間，內政部和考選部對於明年警察人員四等考試減少需用名額已有共識，但減少幅度仍須兩部協商後，再報考試院核定。（編輯：張銘坤）1071211
