職務法庭昨天做出罕見判決，對因起訴竊盜案造成當事人自殺遭彈劾的檢察官詹騏瑋做出不懲戒。記者王宏舜／攝影 分享 facebook 職務法庭昨天做出罕見判決，對因起訴竊盜案造成當事人自殺遭彈劾的檢察官詹騏瑋做出不懲戒；監察院彈劾是否有所本或有討論空間，但事涉一條人命，檢警理應面臨相同待遇，尤其檢察官身為偵查主體，更難辭其咎，豈有警察休職一年、檢察官沒事的道理，這樣的司法，如何贏得民心，如何服眾。陳姓男子因遊戲點數卡竊案被起訴後「以死明志」，事隔多年，監察院做出彈劾，家屬苦守多年才感受到一點正義曙光；去年員警遭公懲會休職一年，家屬已經憤恨難平，如今檢察官竟是不懲戒，要家屬情何以堪。. } })搶購網路購物; } 再者，檢警各司其職，共享破案成果，也要共同接受檢驗。檢察官作為偵查主體，肩負更大成敗責任，若本案處理不當，檢察官沒事，警察扛責，是雙重標準，也坐實外界檢察官「有權無責」、警察「有責無權」的質疑，傷害的是檢警一體的互信，更讓人認為本日刷卡購物優惠檢察官怯於擔當，司法圈官官相護。檢警不是永不犯錯的聖人，社會期待的是誠實面對錯誤，勇於檢禮物限定商品討改進。職務法庭的判決，或許基於主觀專業，或許是自認的公平，但同一案件、同樣的偵查瑕疵，不應該有不同的彈劾結果；懲處目的不是要羞辱檢察官，而是要讓這些食國家俸祿、職司人民清白、甚至生命的司法官，謹慎行事，別草率為之。詹騏瑋連最輕的申誡處分都沒有，對比搶先看好物分享警察的休職一年，職務法庭的判決，或許自認保了檢察官的「清白」，但卻傷透了家屬的心、破壞了警察的信服，更傷害了司法在人民心中的公信力。
交通部長吳宏謀上任 推動觀光品質
【台灣醒報記者藍苡瑄台北報導】新任交通部長吳宏謀16日與賀陳旦進行交接，就遇到台鐵產工在交通部外抗議台鐵下半年將公司化！他受訪時說，「我已請相關人員留下來見面，了解詳情，未來要兼顧原來員工的權益和整體台鐵將來發展的永續，希望創造雙贏。」被問到未來是否繼續推動台鐵公司化，他認為要先跟他們溝通，尊重不同聲音，現在還沒決定是否繼續推動。
「我今天承接賀陳旦部長先前的良好基礎，將推動安全、效率、品質、創新、永續等核心價值。」吳宏謀說，將落實於國家的重要交通政策中。不過甫上任就遇到台鐵產工10多人聚集交通部外抗議台鐵公司化，台鐵產工擔憂若公司化之後就會隨之而來變成民營化，以及各種影響社會弱勢權益的營運方向，甚至會造成公共安全危機。台鐵產工呼籲吳宏謀向產工幹部公開辯論。
吳宏謀回應，未來會兼顧員工的原有權益，以及來體台鐵的永續發展，表示尊重不同的聲音。他認為台鐵公司化推動中有一定的理由，現在會先跟台鐵員工溝通，現在還沒決定是否持續或是延遲推動公司化，尚未把話說死。
「賀陳旦部長任內關心交通安全問題，上任後交通致死率減少兩倍，」政務委員張景森監交時說，賀陳旦任內強力執法酒駕、推動高齡駕照等，值得肯定。觀光方面，他推動國家觀光發展轉型，陸客減少後，思考如何結構轉型，連續三年國際旅客都超過千萬人。
「我內心百感交集，因為交通部工作繁重，我跟賀陳部長是接力賽，他訂定了良好基礎。」吳宏謀致詞說，感謝前部長對國家交通安全日益精進，並持續推動整體公共運輸。他早上也跟賀陳旦表示，未來有些政策會持續進行並加速辦理。像是移動性污染會配合國家政策，包含電動車與交通運輸推動。
被問到前瞻基礎建設已延宕許久，有外界質疑是否有可能是為了選舉綁樁，他回應，「現在是規劃設計階段，這不可能綁樁，這是為了國家整體的交通發展。」至於高鐵15日表示，內部增加兩位資深副總，他認為高鐵現在是民營公司，所以交通部會尊重獨立個體組織運作，重點在於未來如何提升品質與競爭力。
日前有近百名學者連署反對鐵路立體化，要求彰化市鐵路立體化、嘉義縣高架延伸等審查案暫停，吳宏謀說，發展軌道運輸是國家發展公共運輸綠色交通非常重要的動脈，穩定安全且運量高。有些高架化不做不行，因為現在人口聚居，必須降低交通不安全性等，高架化、地下化是必然趨勢。
「觀光遊憩將來旅遊品質一定要提升，有時為了便宜卻把品質拉低，這對整體台灣觀光發展不好，」吳宏謀認為，現在很多新的觀光商業模式結合交通，搭飛機、來郵輪台灣玩，讓陸、海、空互相合作。
